I. Procedures for Withdrawing an Application for Trademark Registration There are two ways to apply for withdrawing an application for trademark registration: (1) Entrusting a trademark agency recognized by China.
(2) The applicant goes directly to the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office. Two. Procedures for withdrawing an application for trademark registration
(1) Where a trademark agency in China is entrusted to handle it, the applicant may voluntarily choose any trademark agency recognized by the state in China to handle it. All trademark China institutions registered in the Trademark Office are published in the column of "China institutions".
(2) Where the applicant directly goes to the trademark registration hall, the applicant may follow the following steps:
Prepare the application → submit the application in the acceptance window of the trademark registration hall → enter the receipt barcode in the coding window → check the Notice of Permission to Withdraw. Preparation for withdrawing the application for trademark registration.
To apply for withdrawing the application for trademark registration, the following documents shall be submitted: 1 Withdraw the application for trademark registration and affix the official seal of the unit; If the applicant is a natural person, it shall be signed by himself and signed by the agent;
2. The original acceptance notice;
3. If it is handled directly in the trademark registration hall, a copy of the applicant's business license or a copy of the business license stamped with the applicant's seal shall be submitted. If the applicant is a natural person, submit a copy of the ID card. If a Chinese trademark agency is entrusted, a copy of the applicant's business license shall be submitted;
4. Go directly to the trademark registration hall, submit a copy of the agent's ID card and show the original, and sign the application in person; Where a Chinese trademark agency is entrusted, the Power of Attorney for Chinese Trademark shall be submitted.
Four. Service of Notice of Revocation of Trademark Registration License
(1) Go directly to the trademark registration hall. After receiving the application for withdrawal of trademark registration, the Trademark Office will issue a notice of approval to the applicant to withdraw the application for trademark registration if the documents are found to be complete and in compliance with the provisions after examination.
(2) If it is entrusted to a trademark agency in China, the Trademark Office will mail the Notice of Approval of the Application for Cancellation of Trademark Registration to the agency in China after receiving the application for cancellation of trademark registration and passing the examination, and the supporting documents are complete and in compliance with the regulations.
