The Paper (www.thepaper.cn) learned from the Hangzhou Consumer Protection Committee on June 13, The 7 evaluation targets are "Hema", "Lianhua Whale Shopping", "JD Daojia - Fast Delivery of Fresh Food", "Dingdong Grocery", "Meituan - Premium Fresh Food", "Duodian", " Fresh food every day." In this evaluation, the staff of the Consumer Protection Committee, acting as ordinary consumers, placed orders on seven APP platforms at the same time and at the same place, and evaluated the timeliness of arrival, product weight, appearance evaluation, pesticide residues, and whether after-sales services were in place. Evaluate etc.

After evaluation, the problems on the "Maicai APP" platform mainly focus on product weight, appearance evaluation, and pesticide residues.

After the goods arrive, the staff will unpack the goods and re-weigh and measure them. The net weight of fruit and vegetable products is basically within the range promised by the merchants. The actual weight of many products exceeds the purchase weight. Only the net weight of lychees purchased from "Duodian" and "JD Daojia" is slightly insufficient. However, among the 5 platforms where live shrimps were purchased, 4 were short of 1 jin or 2 ounces, including 21 grams less at “Meituan” and 19.5 grams less at “JD Daojia”.

In terms of appearance integrity and freshness, "Hema" has a low freshness rate score, and the fruits and vegetables are not fresh enough. "Dingdong Grocery" is in better shape. In terms of packaging, most platforms do not use environmentally friendly packaging and mainly use plastic packaging.

The Consumer Protection Committee also conducted pesticide residue testing on the fresh fruits and vegetables purchased in this evaluation. The test results showed that no pesticide residues were detected in the purchased fruits and vegetables. However, mandarin fish purchased on the two platforms "Dingdong Maicai" and "Meituan" were found to contain malachite green.

On the afternoon of the 12th, the Hangzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the Consumer Protection Committee jointly interviewed local Hangzhou grocery shopping platforms such as "Hema", "Lianhua Whale Selection", and "Dingdong Maicai" and requested It will provide written feedback and self-examination report within one week on the platform with evaluation problems.

"'Gai-buying APP' must follow a standardized development path, attach great importance to existing problems such as lax market entry controls, inadequate main responsibility, and insufficient cold chain conditions for distribution, and ensure legal compliance and honest operations." Wang Xiaomin, head of the Hangzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, told The Paper.
