According to relevant laws and regulations, destruction or other disposal methods will be adopted based on the situation of the product.
According to Article 27 of the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights":
If the detained goods suspected of infringement are determined by customs investigation to have infringed intellectual property rights, Confiscated by customs. If the confiscated goods that infringe on intellectual property rights can be used for social welfare undertakings, the customs shall hand them over to relevant public welfare institutions for use in social welfare undertakings; if the intellectual property right holder is willing to purchase them, the customs may transfer them to the intellectual property right holder for a fee. If the confiscated goods that infringe on intellectual property rights cannot be used for social welfare undertakings and the intellectual property right holder has no intention to purchase them, the customs can auction them in accordance with the law after eliminating the infringing characteristics. However, for imported goods with counterfeit trademarks, except for special circumstances, they cannot only remove the infringement marks on the goods. The trademark logo is allowed to enter commercial channels; if the infringing features cannot be eliminated, the customs should destroy it.
