About the establishment of the Linwei District Education System Domestic Waste Classification Leading Group and notice on the division of responsibilities

All central schools, high schools, bureau offices, and secondary units:

According to the "Weinan City Linwei District Provincial Domestic Waste Classification Demonstration Zone" According to the relevant requirements of the "Notice of the Construction Implementation Plan (Trial)" (Weilinbanzi [2020] No. 44), in order to further promote the classification of domestic waste in the district's education system, after research by the district bureau, it was decided to establish the classification of domestic waste in the Linwei District Education System Work leadership group. The members and division of responsibilities are now notified as follows:

1. Leadership Team

Team Leader: Xing Weiyuan

Deputy Team Leader: Shao Shian, Li Weijun, Qiao Fengnian, Li Xuebin Congratulations Tao Guofeng, Li Qi, Wang Yuxin

Members: heads of each department office and secondary unit, principals of each central school and high school.

The leading group has an office, which is located in the Education Section, and the director of the office is concurrently served by Comrade Wang Yuxin. The office is mainly responsible for daily work such as overall coordination, organization and implementation, supervision and assessment, information submission, and research and deployment of key tasks for domestic waste classification.

If there is any change in the composition of the leadership team, the replacement will be replaced by the comrade who will take over the job without any further notice.

2. Division of work and responsibilities of the members of the leading group

The leading group office has seven working groups, namely the bureau working group, the primary and secondary school working group, the secondary vocational and private school working group group, preschool working group, information submission group, supervision and assessment group, and logistics support group. The specific responsibilities are as follows:

1. Bureau Working Group

Team Leader: Li Xuebin

Deputy Team Leader: Zhang Minan

Members: Party Political office cadres and heads of secondary units

Main responsibilities: Responsible for the promotion of domestic waste classification work in bureaus and secondary units, guiding each unit to implement garbage classification tasks and collect and organize data, and strengthen Supervise and inspect.

2. Primary and secondary school working group

Team leader: Qiao Fengnian

Deputy team leader: Wang Yuxin

Members: Education Unit cadres, Principals of all central schools and primary and secondary schools.

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the promotion of domestic waste classification work in primary and secondary schools, guiding all units to implement domestic waste classification tasks and data collection, and strengthen supervision and inspection.

3. Vocational College and Private School Working Group

Team Leader: Li Qi

Deputy Team Leader: Guan Bin

Members: cadres from adult education offices, principals of central schools, principals of secondary vocational schools and private schools.

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the promotion of domestic waste classification work in secondary vocational schools and private schools, guiding each unit to implement domestic waste classification tasks and collect and organize data, and strengthen supervision and inspection.

4. Pre-school working group

Team leader: Li Xuebin

Deputy leader: Liu Gang

Members: Pre-school office cadres, each center School principal, kindergarten director.

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the promotion of domestic waste classification in kindergartens, guiding all units to implement domestic waste classification tasks and data collection, and strengthen supervision and inspection.

5. Information reporting team

Team leader: Qiao Fengnian

Deputy team leader: Wang Yuxin

Members: Wang Weijun, Li Gang, Liaison personnel for waste sorting work in all central schools and high schools.

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the collection and submission of information on garbage classification in schools and the district’s education system.

6. Supervision and Assessment Team

Team Leader: Li Weijun

Deputy Team Leader: Geng Xiaobo

Members: Supervision Office Cadres.

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the supervision of domestic waste classification work in the district education system, formulating supervision plans for promoting waste classification, organizing regular inspections and reporting.

7. Logistics support team

Team leader: Guo Feng

Deputy team leader: Liu Gang

Members: Planning and Finance Unit cadres.

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the financial guarantee of domestic waste classification work in the district education system.
