Chongqing Fuling Mustard Group Co., Ltd. was formerly the Mustard Factory of East Sichuan Military Region established in 1951. In 2008, it was restructured and established as a joint-stock company. The group originally had 21 immigration and relocation companies under its jurisdiction. Since the relocation in 2000, it has seized the opportunity of corporate relocation to make structural adjustments and formed a company with Chinese prefixes of "dragon, flying, phoenix, dance, wealth, people, safety and health". Eight 10,000-ton production plants are directly affiliated to the group, including four wholly-owned companies: Chongqing Qiujia Mustard Food Co., Ltd., Guizhou Dushan Sauerkraut Co., Ltd., Chongqing Hongtian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Fuling Mustard Soy Sauce Co., Ltd. Subsidiary; it is the largest mustard production and operation enterprise in China. It ranks among the top 50 deep processing enterprises of agricultural products in China and a key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization at the national and municipal levels. It has won the national "May 1st Labor Award" and the national "Advanced Enterprise in Light Industry". "Wujiang Brand" mustard has been awarded titles such as Chinese Famous Brand, Chinese Well-known Trademark, National Inspection-Free Product, and Iconic Brand in China's Mustard Industry. Total assets are 600 million yuan, annual production capacity reaches 120,000 tons, and more than 3,000 employees. Wujiang, where Xiang Yu committed suicide in the late Qin Dynasty, is located in Hexian County, Anhui today.
