The following possibilities:

1. The jump distance is inaccurate and there is a cumulative error;

2. The electric eye is not sensitive enough and cannot accurately read the black mark;

3. The black mark is not black, and the electric eye cannot read it well

If the machine always shuts down, it is recommended to change to punching holes, or re-print the black mark on the other side, read it and try again. Down.
