Related requirements for joining

1. Copy of franchisee’s ID card

2. Personal resume and valid signature certificate from relevant local departments (with valid official seal)

Franchise process

1. Applicants can find out which areas currently have no YTO outlets through the Internet, phone, email, etc.

2 . After being confirmed by the operation center, the applicant submits the "Join Application" and waits for review

3. After review, inspection and necessary investigation, the applicant who meets the requirements will be issued a "Join Yuantong Network Individual" Resume" and agree on the signing date

4. When signing the "YTO Express Network Franchise Agreement" with YTO Corporation, you must pay a one-time network construction fee, risk deposit and related fees to the Corporation. Newly opened The outlets will be based on the signing date

5. Franchise in each region must obtain the approval of the operation center before signing the "YTO Express Network Franchise Agreement" with the YTO branch authorized by the head office in the local region Letter", and pay a one-time network construction fee, risk deposit and related fees to the local authorized YTO branch. YTO Network Corporation will not allow franchise companies and individuals who have not approved from the operation center to pay fees to local YTO privately. 6. Franchise cities are classified according to the levels of provincial cities, prefecture-level cities, and county-level cities, and franchise fees are charged according to the level classification standards

Franchise Principles

1. Franchise outlets must use YTO’s unified trademark and corporate image, and shall not do anything that damages the company’s image for any reason or form

2. Anyone who joins YTO Express Network Companies, individuals, or immediate family members are not allowed to privately set up YTO and other peer company outlets in other domestic cities, are strictly prohibited from acting as agents for peers, and are not allowed to operate other businesses that violate the "YTO Express Network Franchise Agreement"

3. Franchise outlets are based on Counties and cities above the county level are taken as units, and any central regional city cannot hinder the independent establishment and operation of counties and cities above the county level for reasons of regional jurisdiction without the consent of the operation center

4. Franchise outlets must not violate the national Regulations, laws, and policies must be strictly implemented by YTO Network Management and Operation Regulations, conduct business in accordance with the provisions of the "YTO Express Network Franchise Agreement," actively cooperate with the head office's operating principles and policies, and unconditionally implement the management of the operation center

5. Franchise outlets must be equipped with YTO operations, operations, vehicles, personnel and other software and hardware facilities

6. Franchise outlets enjoy the right to use YTO trademarks and related elements, pre-industry training, supporting services, IT support and other unified management systems
