1. Qualification of production enterprise: business license, production license, GMP certificate, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate.

Power of attorney (copy of trustee's ID card and employment certificate).

2. Product qualification: production approval (or re-registration approval), drug quality standards, instructions, packaging boxes and packaging records, quality inspection reports, trademark registration certificates, etc.

3. When dealing with the information of the 1st Battalion, the requirements of each unit are roughly the same. Please prepare as required.
