The history of Sarah Lee Company can be traced back to 190 1. In North Carolina, Mr. J. Wesley Hanes founded Hanes Socks Company (also known as Shamrock Mills Company). Through 1902, P.H.Hanes knitting company was established.

1965, these two Hanes companies merged into Hanes company, which is considered to be the only new company merged by companies with the same surname. 1979, hanes Company and Uni-President Food Company merged. Six years later, the merged company was officially renamed as "Sally".

Sally's products are mainly divided into three categories:

1, food, drink and groceries. Include packaged meat products, coffee, tea and other beverages and foods. Well-known brands include Bauer Park, Jimmy Dean, Dewey Wolpert, Soleil, Vannelle and so on.

2. Personal consumer goods. Mainly a variety of Sally brand products, such as Sally knitted products, including underwear, socks, sportswear, casual wear and so on. Famous trademarks include Hans, Li Dan, Donna Karan, Tim, just my size, etc.

3. Household and personal care products. Including Kiwi shoe polish, Rasox bath products, Prodent and Zrndium toothpaste, etc.
