Although the Ministry of Culture can authoritatively say where Li Bai's hometown is, this statement is only an academic explanation, not a judicial explanation. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce has the right to issue a document, but it has no right to define where Li Bai's hometown is. If Wuhan also participates in this competition, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce can also issue a document: Wuhan and Anlu can use the word "Li Bai's hometown" because Li Bai has spent a lot of time in Wuhan, because Then this document issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce is meaningless.
