According to the Hebei Provincial Taxation Bureau’s Notice No. 5 of 2019, three types of ordinary invoices will be added with anti-counterfeiting marks this time, namely Hebei fixed-amount invoices, Hebei bus tickets (machine-printed) and Hebei tickets.

1. Hebei general fixed-amount invoices include J, K, L, and M versions, all of which have an embossed anti-counterfeiting shading logo added to the joint stub of the invoice.

2. For Hebei fixed-amount invoices with the name of the unit printed on them, an embossed anti-counterfeiting shading mark is also added. Same as the previous one, the shading shows "Hebei Taxation", and the shading color is black

Third, the machine-printed Hebei bus tickets have an embossed anti-counterfeiting shading logo on the invoice page, with a light blue shading The color shows the words "Hebei Taxation".

4. For Hebei tickets, a light gray shading is added to the front and back of the invoice to display the words "Hebei Taxation" and the same embossed anti-counterfeiting mark.

The above new invoice styles will be activated on May 1st. For invoices without the addition of these anti-counterfeiting shading marks, Hebei general fixed-amount invoices and Hebei bus passenger tickets (machine-printed) can be used until September 30, 2020. The other two are used until completion.

The management of invoices must be careful, because the tax on passenger transportation services can be deducted from input tax, so when we receive machine-printed Hebei bus tickets, we must pay more attention to distinguish them, and don’t distinguish those that can be deducted in the first place. , but discovered tax-related risks because of receiving counterfeit bills.
