Email authentication:
Email authentication is the most basic authentication system. For email authentication, workers only need to fill in their email address, then log in to the email address and click the authentication link.
If the employee does not click the verification link in the email within 3 days after the system sends out the email confirming the email authentication, the link will be invalid. Therefore, when a staff member submits an email authentication application, the authentication procedure should be completed as soon as possible. If the link address is invalid, the staff needs to log in to Task China and submit the email authentication application again in the user background.
Real name authentication:
There are two authentication methods for real-name authentication: bank card authentication and ID card authentication. Real-name authentication requires a handling fee of 10 yuan.
Identity card authentication:
At the bottom of the real-name authentication page, find the words "If you don't have a bank card, please click here for authentication", and click "Authentication here" at the back to enter the "ID card authentication page". Fill in the ID number as required, upload the picture and complete the identity authentication.
In order to ensure the authenticity of the ID photo used for real-name authentication, the ID photo uploaded online must meet the following requirements:
1. The ID card picture must be the original picture taken by a digital camera (without any modification), and the format is JPG；; ;
2. The size of the ID card photo taken must be set to 3 million pixels;
3. When taking a photo of your ID card, you should put a local newspaper within three days of the shooting date under your ID card, and you can see the date of the newspaper in the photo;
4. If the ID card is an IC version, it needs to be lined with newspapers on both sides for shooting;
5. All the information of the ID card in the photo and the date of the newspaper lining must be clearly identifiable, otherwise the customer service staff has the right to refuse to pass.
Bank card authentication:
After filling in the bank card information and paying the handling fee, the staff will receive the verification amount from China, and enter the verification amount to complete the bank card authentication.
Passing the bank card real-name authentication will not affect the funds in the card, and the funds in the bank card are absolutely safe. The verification amount is a small sum of money (between 0.0 1-0.99 yuan) transferred by China to the bank account. Workers need to find out how much money is in the bank card account. If the authentication amount entered by the employee is consistent with the amount transferred by China, it means that the bank account belongs to the employee and the real-name authentication of the bank card is completed.
The bonus obtained by workers through winning the bid and other activities can only be extracted through bank card certification.
After passing the bank card authentication, you can get 20 coins.
VIP certification:
To apply to become a VIP Witkey of Task China, you must first become a user of Task China, and have passed the real-name authentication, with Witkey credit ≥30.

Real-name authentication tips:
You don't need to do real-name authentication immediately after registering in China. Witkey without real-name authentication can still participate in and publish tasks. It's just that Witkey can only take part in three tasks at most a day. Real-name authentication has to go through complicated auditing procedures, so it costs ten yuan. Witkey will receive a 20-coin reward after real-name authentication. Email authentication:

E-mail is sent every 5 minutes. Under normal circumstances, you can receive the mail by waiting 10 minutes at most. If the received email prompts that the verification codes do not match, the employer needs to log in to China again later and click "Email Authentication".
Enterprise certification:
Enterprise certification is the confirmation of enterprise identity and the protection of the legitimate interests of enterprises. After passing the enterprise certification, the employer will get an enterprise certification mark, which can gain higher attention and trust when releasing tasks or participating in tasks.
Task China will verify the authenticity of the information by telephone within 1-2 working days after receiving the application for enterprise certification, and pass the enterprise certification without error.
The enterprise certification materials submitted to Task China will not be disclosed to the third party voluntarily without the user's personal permission or according to the mandatory provisions of relevant laws. The minimum withdrawal amount in China is 50 yuan. Witkey whose account amount is less than 50 yuan, but really needs to withdraw cash, needs to recharge the account with 50 yuan to withdraw cash.
Under normal circumstances, you can go to the bank to withdraw cash within 7 working days after submitting the withdrawal application. Witkey who is eager to withdraw cash can "accelerate" the withdrawal. Urgent cash withdrawal is completed by bank remittance, and it will be handled within 24 hours after receiving the application. A handling fee of 1% will be charged for expedited delivery. For publishers:
Publishers are strictly prohibited from participating in their own publishing tasks in any form. Once verified, the task will be characterized as cheating, and the publisher will be deprived of the right to choose the winning bidder, and the selected winning bidder will be disqualified. For the task that the publisher cheats, Task China will re-select the winning bidder and pay the task money to the new winning bidder. For cheating publishers, Task China will publish their information in the form of website announcements.
For participants:
The works submitted by the contestants are strictly prohibited from infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. Once the participant is found, the qualification of winning the bid will be cancelled. If they are selected to win the bid, the bid will be invalid. Task China will ask the task publisher to choose another bid. For paid tasks, if the winning bidder is found to be fraudulent and causes losses to the publisher, the publisher has the right to ask China for the detailed information of the winning bidder after providing reliable evidence, and solve the problem through legal means. After the works marked "Work Guarantee" submitted by Witkey are selected as the winning bidder by the employer, if the winning works cannot be used due to plagiarism or infringement, the employer may apply for "advance payment" from Task China.
The scope of compensation for the work guarantee service is the graphic and creative submitted works that are fully rewarded under the single-person winning mode, and some text infringement of the winning works is not included in the scope of compensation. If necessary, after the 10 day publicity period, Task China can help employers hide the published tasks. If the employer has the need to hide the publishing task, it needs to contact the customer service of Task China. To release a task, you need to entrust the task money to China, and then the task can be released successfully. In other words, you have to pay in cash first. You can invoice the task trust payment. After successfully completing the task, the employer needs to contact customer service to apply, and leave its own contact information and mailing address. The invoice will be sent by express mail. As long as the price of the task reward is reasonable, there will generally be satisfactory works. If the employer is not satisfied with the job, he can ask the best members in the job to modify it until they are satisfied, or raise the price and postpone it. If Witkey fails to submit the results of the full reward task, the employer may apply to cancel the task. If Witkey has no objection when canceling the contract, 100% of the task payment will be returned to the employer's account; If the task exceeds 1 person (including 1 person), and the result is judged as invalid works, non-original works or spam advertisements by China customer service, the employer may apply to cancel the task. If the customer disagrees with the task when canceling it, then both the employer and the customer service in China need to prove their positions: if the customer service in China can't produce strong evidence to prove that his work is effective and the employer has sufficient reasons, then if there are effective works in the task, the employer must pay cash regardless of whether they are adopted. Employers are really worried that they can't win the bid successfully, so they can contact customer service to release the super challenge task. Super Challenge is a brand-new transaction method of all-reward tasks, which reduces the consumption risk of new employers who come to China for the first time and solves the worries for online outsourcing of enterprises. If you are not satisfied with the winning works after the submission deadline and are unwilling to pay for the delayed task, you can contact the customer service staff to apply for canceling the task without reason. To release the super challenge task, you need to call the task China customer service, and the customer service will do it for you (only customer service release is supported). The minimum amount of the task is not less than 500 yuan RMB. Cancel the task also need to call the task China customer service. The employer can finish the task ahead of schedule. When the employer has selected Witkey to win the bid before the deadline, you can click the "Set Bid Winning Sign" button in the upper right corner of the work information submitted by Witkey, and the task will end early after it is submitted to China Customer Service for approval. When the employer successfully submits a new task, the task will not immediately appear in the task list on the China website of Task. C. Whether the classification of tasks is correct. If the classification is incorrect, Task China Customer Service will help users modify the classification before releasing tasks. An employer can issue an assignment to undertake a witkey task. If it is found that the work submitted by the task is suspected of plagiarism or cheating, the employer can complain to the customer service of the task China through the website community. If the employer finds that the junk works that do not meet the task requirements have been submitted, it can be deleted. On the employer's task works management page, check the submitted works or meaningless works that do not meet the task, and click "Junk Works". The selected works will no longer appear. You can check multiple at once. If the employer chooses the works marked "Works Guarantee" to win the bid, and the selected works involved in infringement and cannot be used, and directly requires the workers to handle the failure, and the relevant institutions show the proof that the winning works cannot be used, the employer may apply to Task China for compensation within 30 days after the successful transaction, and Task China will pay the employer first. After issuing the bidding task with deposit, the system will refund 95% of the deposit fee and 5% of the deposit fee as the platform fee of the system. When the employer issues the trademark naming task, it is best to check whether the trademark is registered when selecting the tender. You can check it directly on the website of the industrial and commercial bureau. Once the task information is published, it cannot be modified directly.
