5. Preliminary review: The provincial green food agency shall complete the preliminary review within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the environmental and product testing reports ;?

6. Written review: China Green Food Development Center will complete the written review within 30 working days from the date of receipt of complete materials submitted by the provincial green food working agency;?

7. Expert review: China Green Food Development Center will organize expert review within 20 working days after passing the written review;?

8. Certificate award decision: China Green Food Development Center will conduct an expert review meeting A decision on whether to issue the certificate will be made within the next 5 working days.

The "Green Food Label Management Measures" stipulates:

Article 9 Products applying for the use of green food labels shall comply with the provisions of the People's Republic of China* **The Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations are within the scope approved by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and meet the following conditions:

(1) The environment where the product or product raw materials are produced complies with the environmental quality standards for green food production areas;

(2) The use of pesticides, fertilizers, feeds, veterinary drugs and other inputs conforms to the guidelines for the use of green food inputs;

(3) Product quality complies with green food product quality standards;

(4) Packaging, storage and transportation comply with green food packaging, storage and transportation standards.

Article 17 The green food mark use certificate is the applicant’s proof of legal use of the green food mark. It should specify the product name, trademark name, certificated unit and its information code, approved output, Product number, validity period of mark use, certification agency, etc.
