1. The application documents to be submitted when preparing the application documents are:
(1) Application for Trademark Renewal Registration;
(2) the applicant's identification document (copy);
(3) Submit the Power of Attorney for the entrusted agent, and submit the copy of the ID card of the agent directly in the acceptance hall;
(4) a copy of the registration certificate;
(5) If the application document is in a foreign language, a Chinese translation confirmed by the signature of the translation agency shall also be provided.
2. Submit the application form
(1) If the applicant goes to the trademark registration hall directly, the application form will be submitted in the acceptance window of the trademark registration hall after it is ready, and the staff at the window will confirm whether the application form is qualified.
