Metronidazole is an antibiotic and anti-insect agent. Enrofloxacin belongs to the quinolone class of synthetic antibacterial drugs. According to the national food safety standard "Maximum Residue Limits of Veterinary Drugs in Food" (GB 31650-2019), metronidazole is a veterinary drug that can be used for treatment, but cannot be detected in animal foods. The maximum residue limit of enrofloxacin in fish skin + fish meat is 100 μg/kg.
