Chengde Ganlong Drunk Industry Co., Ltd. (Bancheng Shaoguo Liquor) was rebuilt in 1956, formerly known as Qingyuan Heng Shaojiu Workshop in Xiabancheng, Chengde, which has a history of several hundred years. Bancheng Shaoguo Liquor was successively rated as China Famous Trademark, China Time-honored Brand, Chinese Famous Cultural Liquor and China Intangible Cultural Heritage, and was merged into China Famous Liquor. The commissioning of the new plant indicates that Ganlong Drunk Industry has become a large-scale liquor group company integrating liquor production, operation and tourism.
During the reign of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty, it was named after Zhao's cooking pot wine in Chengde County. In 1956, Chengde county joint factory was established and merged with Qingyuan Henglao cooking pot to produce liquor, paper and other products. In 1962, the joint factory was changed to Chengde County Food Factory, which mainly produced liquor, cakes, preserved fruits and other products. In March, 198, liquor was separated from food, and Chengde County Winery was established, which became a professional liquor producer. After 3 years of vicissitudes of life, Chengde County Winery has inherited the traditional "Laowu retort" process of Bancheng Shaoguo Liquor, and used high-quality sorghum and wheat as raw materials for fermentation, natural aging and careful blending. It has successively produced "Chengde Liquor", "Chengde Daqu", "Chengde Touqu" and "Mung Bean Daqu" and other liquors, as well as "brandy".
