1. The authorization validity period shall not be earlier than December 31, 2015;

2. The authorized brand name shall be consistent with the trademark name;

3. Multi-level authorization validity period requirements: The validity period of the lower-level authorization cannot exceed the validity period of the upper-level authorization.

4. The authorized company name must be complete;
