The investigation order can be used to investigate the basic subject information of the person subjected to execution, including the information of the person subjected to execution's household registration, ID card registration, passport and other entry and exit documents, personal photos, marriage registration, industrial and commercial registration, tax registration, social security, credit history, mobile phone number, fixed phone number, WeChat, QQ, Weibo and online virtual account information.

The investigation order can be used to investigate the current situation and changes of the following property or transaction details of the person subjected to execution:

(1) Deposits, wealth management, bonds, stocks, fund shares, trust beneficiary rights, insurance claims, cash value of insurance policies, housing accumulation fund, compensation and resettlement for demolition, etc. in financial institutions such as banks, securities, insurance and trusts;

(2) Property information of Internet financial institutions such as Alipay and Tenpay;

(3) Real estate, motor vehicles, ships, aircraft, stock rights, exclusive right to use registered trademarks, patent rights and other properties registered by legal registration agencies;

(4) Other creditor's rights of the person subjected to execution, and the trial and execution of other cases as creditors;

(five) the export tax rebate and various subsidies of the person subjected to execution;

(6) Other property that the people's court considers suitable for investigation by an investigation order.
