Quality certificate or quality assurance certificate from the exporting country, product instructions and relevant standards and technical information (for those applying for quality certificates); 6. Other documents required by the inspection and quarantine agency. After applying for inspection, it must be inspected and quarantined. Only after passing the inspection and obtaining a qualified "Health Certificate" can it be sold and used. 2. Food that has been imported into finalized packaging but is not delivered directly to consumers for consumption/use [such as raw materials for the food industry, food for self-use by embassies and consulates, exhibits, samples (excluding a small amount of imported food for trial marketing, detailed supporting materials must be provided), [Foods operated by duty-free shops], their importers/distributors must go to the Food Inspection Office of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau to apply for Chinese label review exemption procedures before the goods enter the country. When importing special foods, the importer/distributor must go to the Food Inspection Office of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau to obtain the "Import and Export Special Food Pre-examination Certificate" before the goods enter the country.
