3. There are also some intellectual property service companies whose main business is counterfeiting. Entrusted by the enterprise, the investigation found counterfeit trademarks and patented products in the market, and appealed through administrative or judicial channels to safeguard the intellectual property rights of the enterprise.

Measures to protect intellectual property rights:

1, enhance the awareness of intellectual property protection. Abide by the international conventions on intellectual property protection and China laws and regulations, follow the general rules of international trade, and abide by the contracts and commitments between enterprises on intellectual property protection. Respect the intellectual property rights of others and pay attention to protecting your own intellectual property rights. Win the honor and dignity of China enterprises and entrepreneurs through full cooperation with the international community;

2. Improve the independent innovation mechanism of enterprises and actively carry out independent innovation activities. Only by vigorously developing key technologies and core technologies with independent intellectual property rights and having more independent intellectual property rights in the field where enterprises are located can we get rid of the weak position of being controlled by others, have economic competitiveness and enjoy respected international influence. Therefore, we must speed up the formulation of enterprise intellectual property strategy, base ourselves on independent innovation while learning from others, and improve the ability of enterprise intellectual property creation, application and protection;

3, in the daily production and business activities, in strict accordance with the law. Do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; Do not steal other people's patented technology; Do not manufacture, use, sell or spread counterfeit products; Don't steal or copy other people's trademarks, product logos and designs;

4. Resolutely crack down on illegal acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, actively report illegal acts involving intellectual property rights, and actively cooperate with the government to do a good job in curbing, investigating and cracking down on illegal acts of intellectual property rights;

5. Actively participate in social activities to publicize and protect intellectual property rights, and jointly promote the healthy development of intellectual property rights with all sectors of society. (1) Deliberately deleting or changing works, layout designs, performances, audio-visual products or rights management information on radio and television, unless it is unavoidable due to technical reasons;

(2) Providing the public with information on the management of works, layout designs, performances, audio-visual products or radio and television rights without permission.
