2. The term of the disputed trademark is five years, counting from the date when the current trademark law takes effect. However, if the disputant thinks that the registered trademark of another person violates the provisions of Articles 10, 12 and12 of the Trademark Law, or obtains the registration by fraudulent means and requests the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board to cancel the registered trademark, or the registered trademark is maliciously registered by another person, it may be exempted for five years from the date of registration of the disputed trademark.
Since your trademark has been cancelled, you can't use the uniform trademark any more! Nor can you use the same or similar trademarks.
