Is it related to your improper operation before turning off the phone? For example: playing games, watching videos, operating big things, and using computers for a long time? Or download inappropriate things, or delete system files, or shut down. Failure won't happen for no reason, will it?

Try turning the machine on and off repeatedly for a while. You really can't reinstall the system. If you can't install it yourself, go to the maintenance office and ask the maintenance staff to help you.
