Summary of work as a reporter 1
Dear leader:
I came to the magazine in January 20__ I have been working as a reporter and editor for two full years now. Over the past two years, I have developed my own working methods and style. After going through three stages of adapting to the environment, learning methods, and exercising skills, it is now time to seek development. Looking back on the work in 20__, I have a lot of feelings and gained a lot.
1. One-year work review:
(1) Do a good job in interviewing
As a reporter, interviewing and writing articles is my job. Before each interview, I used various channels to gain a more detailed understanding of the interviewees so that I could be confident. After the interview, I will also finish writing the manuscript as soon as possible in order to be detailed and insightful.
During this year’s work, I participated in reporting on large-scale interview activities, including: the Kunming Tea Expo in Kunming in April; the Dongguan Tea Culture Festival held in Dongguan City in September; The Vietnam National Tea Delegation activities in Kunming; the Guangzhou Tea Expo held in Guangzhou in November; the tea tasting event held in Wuhan in December, etc. In these activities, I not only learned in depth the knowledge and cultural heritage of Pu'er tea, but also learned a lot about knowledge other than tea, and established a certain social relationship group.
During this year, I also interviewed Liu Xiangyun, Wang Xin, Li Dongming, Chen Bo, Wang Dashan, Hu Yunxia, ??Zhang Zhiqiang, Zhao Chunyu, Lou Zitian, Hu Haoming, Tai Junlin, Tian Jun, Zhang Mingchun and other industry leaders person. At the same time, we also conducted targeted interviews with Pu'er tea lovers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to understand the status of Pu'er tea abroad and the importance of Pu'er tea in the hearts of consumers in various countries. In addition, I also contacted and interviewed many tea lovers and operators who have insights into the Pu'er tea market, in order to have deeper contact and experience with various aspects of Pu'er tea through different channels, and to put my work into practice. Try to be as perfect as possible and achieve better results.
(2) Breakthroughs in writing
In terms of writing articles, we have focused on columns such as "Special Planning", "Characters" and "Players' Private Rooms" in the past. , began to contact and write "bi-monthly reviews", "exclusive attention", etc. Under the leadership's training, I was exposed to more writing methods, adapted to different writing methods, and made a breakthrough in this aspect.
2. Breakthroughs in business operations
I simultaneously completed an advertising revenue of 148,000 yuan for the magazine and generated income for the magazine. This is what I do outside of my work as a reporter. breakthrough.
3. Gains:
First of all, I broadened my horizons and found my suitable position and role on the platform of the magazine.
Taking the opportunity to travel to Guangzhou, Pu'er, Dongguan, Wuhan and other places, I truly realized the advantage of working as a reporter, which is that I can personally experience the different feelings brought about by different regions, different groups of people, and different activities. While studying, understanding, and reporting on Pu'er tea, I was exposed to many different viewpoints and surrounding industries, which prompted me to think about the past and future of Pu'er tea independently, comprehensively, and from the perspective of the entire industry, and to think about the magazine's development prospects. We also felt the opportunities and challenges that the development of the times has brought to us.
The second is to exercise your skills. Through constant interviews and writing, I have exercised and improved my working abilities. Through many independent interviews and independent business trips, I gradually developed the ability to think rigorously, make independent judgments, self-improvement, and self-coordination, which played a vital role in my future life path.
The third is to experience industry competition. What I have experienced is not only the competition within the Pu'er tea industry, but also the competition between magazines. Competition in the Pu'er tea industry is becoming increasingly severe, and competition among magazines is also becoming tense. A column, from planning to final formation, embodies the wisdom of the team, but efficiency is even more valuable. Slow response in any aspect of information acquisition, decision-making, and execution means opportunities are fleeting.
In addition, I have expanded my network of contacts. Due to the nature of my work, I have broadened my interpersonal relationships and accumulated valuable resources through constant interviews and interactions.
They can not only become my mentors and helpful friends in my work, but also become a rare asset in my life.
Summary of work as a reporter 2
My two self-esteem Organizing music programs "Car Music Time" and "Homecoming" - in addition to entertainment functions, music programs on the radio also shoulder an important responsibility - to guide and educate listeners and improve their aesthetic taste. In response to such a problem, I strive to grasp three aspects in the process of hosting the program: 1. Carefully select materials. In terms of material selection, special attention should be paid to the content of the songs selected, and excellent music works that express multiculturalism, have healthy lyrics and have certain connotations should be selected. Otherwise, what the audience will get when listening to the program will not be clean music content, let alone beautiful enjoyment and aesthetic experience. For this reason, I usually collect and listen to a large number of music works for screening. 2. Pay attention to language expression. The textbook says: "Radio music programs are a combination of musical language and written language. Musical language plays a dominant role. If it is compared to a "red flower", then written language plays the role of foil, which is a "green leaf". A A successful music program should be a harmonious whole of red flowers and green leaves." I remember some listeners complained that they would rather simply enjoy the music than listen to the host talking about everything. I think this certainly does not mean that music programs do not need hosts. The opinions of the audience indicate that sometimes we reverse the positions of "red flowers" and "green leaves", and the "green leaves" take over the spotlight, which hinders the audience's appreciation of the "red flowers"; it also shows that we are not good at expressing words and languages. There is too much nonsense and it bores the audience. Indeed, it is the unshirkable mission of music show hosts to introduce music to the audience correctly, vividly and perfectly. To this end, I ask myself to work hard on the expression of written language, pay attention to the standardization of spoken language, and at the same time make new breakthroughs and make a qualitative leap. 3. Under the recommendation of some record companies, corporate promotions and colleagues Jiang Han, I occasionally connect singers to enrich the program.
In addition, let’s summarize personal advertising income:
Rizhao Mobile Company is an old customer that has been stable for several years. With continuous efforts, it renewed the title of the program "My Music Land" Contracts with hourly time reporting; brand and special advertising cooperation units include: "Jinan New Thinking Advertising Company", "Witt Advertising Company", "Sunshine Armed Police Hospital" and "Beijing Beichuang". According to statistics
the total advertising amount in the first half of the year was approximately 135,800 yuan, including 93,000 yuan for the transportation and lifestyle channel and 42,500 yuan for the comprehensive news channel.
Radio advertising is difficult, but seeing that my colleagues are working tirelessly on this, I have to be perseverant and patient. At the same time, by carefully creating columns, conscientiously hosting programs, and making up for deficiencies in a timely manner, I will continue to work hard to bring my program to a higher level in terms of income and listenability!
Summary of Work as a Journalist Part 3
Starting from October 13th, I have officially become a student officer of the Information Center Department of Modern University of Science and Technology. I and 14 other department members *** serve in the department.
As a student, I think that first of all, you need an attitude - to be extremely serious and responsible for your work, secondly, you need to have a spirit - love your job, have a strong interest in work, and finally you need an ability - —Good at communicating with people. Based on these three things, I actively devote myself to the work of students.
On October 14, this was the first task I received after entering the ministry - to collect useful information during club recruitment and conduct on-site interviews with some ministers and students. For me, who was on a mission for the first time, I was a little nervous. For example, how to start a conversation with the interviewer, what kind of questions I should ask, and how to make the interviewer appear natural and decent without being nervous. To be honest, I was really nervous about the first mission, but when the interview actually started, everything I should pay attention to was thrown out of my mind, and I really followed the old saying, "Newborn calves are not afraid of tigers." In short, I had a great time on October 14th, and I felt the fun of the students in practice.
On November 11, the plenary meeting held by the college leaders Teacher Wu Zuojun and Director Du at the Information Center left a deep impression on me. In a meeting with all officers, Director Du emphasized that the information center is the foundation of the construction of the college and should be a publicity agency for the work of the college. He also asked the directors and ministers of the information center to formulate a strict and complete management system to expand the functions of the information center.
Finally, Director Du said that as an officer, you should have a good mental state, carefully consider what you do, think carefully, and then serve your work well. Director Du's words strengthened my belief in serving the information center. I believe that with the joint efforts of all officers and ministers, the information center will be able to build better.
Time flies by. I unknowingly caught the end of 2019 and looked back on my two months of study and life. I suddenly found that what left me the most memories was my favorite place - the department. Looking back on every bit of my time in the ministry, there are the unshakable regular meetings every Tuesday, the fifteen brothers and sisters playing and playing together, and the manuscripts that must be submitted every Sunday night. Everything seems to have formed a habit. Who knows? I won’t complain about my heavy workload and reduced my spare time. In just 2 months, I found that I had the ability to communicate better with others without knowing it, and my writing level has also been greatly improved. I am glad that I got a good start at the beginning of college. No matter what happens next year, I will continue to work hard to do this job well.
Looking back and summarizing xx, I will not regret it. Looking forward to xx, I hope that I will continue to uphold the concept of "information center, unite as one" and move forward bravely. xx, do your best! Come on! Come on, information center!

Summary of work as a reporter 4
In the summer of 20xx, I worked as an intern in the government affairs news of xx Daily Department, started a one-month summer internship.
At that time, the xxx area (including the counties and cities under the jurisdiction of xx, namely Jingshan, Zhongxiang and Shayang) suffered the first severe flood disaster since 1998. Agriculture, animal husbandry and aquatic products in many places were severely damaged. Production has been reduced or even eliminated, and people's lives have fallen into difficulty. The first interview task I received was to follow the reporter to the countryside to understand the people's livelihood and conditions, and to do a good job in publicity for the party's social undertakings.
Our first stop was the town of xxxx, which was severely affected by floods. On July 13, a sudden heavy rain fell in xx town. The rainfall lasted for more than 12 hours and the rainfall reached 326 millimeters. It was the highest value ever recorded in Beijingshan County, Hubei and the largest heavy rainfall in the past 50 years. , causing serious damage to 20 villages, some factories, mining enterprises and market towns in the town. Since the road from xx to Jingshan is long and mostly mountainous and bumpy, after two or three hours of driving, several journalists and photographers were already dizzy, sick and vomiting when they arrived at the destination, but the responsibility lies with them. Body, conscience is in the heart. Faced with the threat to people's property and even their lives, several reporters did not hesitate or slack off. They picked up their pens and cameras and began actively interviewing and taking photos.
As a written reporter, you must have quick eyes and quick hands, understand the situation accurately, deeply and vividly, and report in a timely manner. We visited several residential areas, chicken farms and centralized resettlement sites for victims to understand the basic disaster situation and production and self-rescue situations. Since it was my first time to conduct an independent interview, I missed many details when I interviewed a chicken farmer about the disaster situation, such as when he started breeding, how much he earns every year, how much he lost this year, how to carry out self-rescue, etc. Although there are many details, The details will not be used in the press release, but from this we can realize that the profession of journalists not only requires us to have a strong sense of responsibility and compassion for all living beings, but also requires us to be meticulous, rigorous and dedicated.
When doing an in-depth report alone, the difficulties encountered were unprecedented. The first is the issue of topic selection and entry. In view of the nationwide price rise and the convening of the national and provincial "vegetable basket" work conference, with the news sensitivity cultivated in two years of professional study and one month of comprehensive internship, I found that As for the issue of rising prices for "vegetable baskets", it will definitely cause a new round of issues in xx after the floods.
So I took the rise in meat and vegetables as the starting point, and focused on investigating the specific situation of xx city and the macro-control measures taken by the government and relevant departments in the face of rising prices. This topic was affirmed by the director and encouraged me to actively explore professionally.
After making a rough outline, I started interviewing and collecting a large amount of materials and data.
In August, we have just bid farewell to the rainy season. Controlled by the subtropical high pressure, we have begun to enter the hot summer. This is really not an easy task for going out to run news. The sun was shining brightly, and after visiting several large markets and supermarkets, I was already sweating profusely and my legs were sore.
At that time, I wanted to give up the interview task, go back to the newspaper office and make up a few random examples, and then rewrite it into an in-depth report based on the documents released by the city. But when I think about my determination when I chose the journalism major and my future work path, the strong psychological motivation requires me to persevere, no matter how far or how painful it is.
When interviewing the person in charge of the supermarket, I encountered a rejection. Since the new meat brands in the supermarket, such as Shuanghui and Yurun, can effectively adjust the tight meat supply situation in xx city and restrain the excessive rise in meat prices, the interview task is particularly important. All the supermarket staff were in a meeting at the time, and the doorman asked me to wait and asked for my press pass. However, since the XX Daily where I worked did not apply for a temporary press pass for me, I took out my student ID card to prove my identity. I was rejected on the spot and made a cold remark that students were not qualified to interview. I knew at that time that it was impossible to wait for an interview. I had to think of some way and work hard to adapt to changes.
Journalism is the mouthpiece of the party and the government, a link between governments at all levels and the masses, and an important means to enrich the people's spiritual and cultural life. As a journalist, I feel honored and at the same time always keep in mind my sacred mission. In order to make myself qualified for this position, I always put learning first. Improve your political accomplishment and professional quality through unremitting study.
I study the party’s various principles and policies seriously and master the central work priorities of the municipal party committee and government. Always ensure that the interview work is in the right direction. Use your spare time to look for various business-related materials, such as "Journalism Theory", "Methods and Techniques of Interview Writing" and other professional books, and continue to analyze and study these materials to improve the theoretical level of news interviewing. Persist in carefully watching the news columns of major TV stations every day, and practice while learning, so that every bit of advanced technology you learn can be put into practice.
News gathering tasks are very heavy, and the leadership’s government affairs activities occupy an important part of daily work. As a key reporter in Taiwan, I have many opportunities to participate in such activities. I believe that every news report is the most important way to convey and implement the leadership's intentions. Therefore, when participating in interviews on government affairs activities, one must have a high degree of political acumen and must not be vague or careless. In other words, we must always be diligent in our brains, legs, and ears. You should have a clear understanding of the leader’s thinking so that you won’t make mistakes. Since last year, due to many major events, many happy events, and many difficult events, the interview tasks of leaders in government affairs activities have been particularly heavy. In the past year, I have participated in more than 200 government affairs interviews. I have been flawless in the collection of camera shots and writing of manuscripts. My work has been fully affirmed by the bureau leaders.
With hard work comes a harvest. Over the past few years, many of my manuscripts have been broadcast on provincial television stations.
For example, the manuscript "Yongji 120,000 acres of asparagus begins to be harvested" that reflects the development of the asparagus industry in Yongji, the manuscript that reflects the rich spiritual and cultural life of the people in our city "Changwang carries ice and celebrates the Lantern Festival", reflects that our Manuscripts on the city's brilliant achievements in urban construction, such as "Sakura Blossoms Bloom in Puban". The Yuncheng station publishes more articles, with an average of more than 60 articles per year. Some manuscripts have won provincial and Yuncheng city awards. For example: the press release "Agricultural Industrialization Makes Millions Rich" has won the second prize of the Provincial Excellent News Award and the second prize of the Yuncheng Excellent News Award; the press release "Trademark Registration Gives Farmers the Wings to Get Rich" has won the provincial prize The third prize of the Excellent Journalism Award and the first prize of the Yuncheng Excellent Journalism Award; the press release "Car Show held in front of the farmhouse" successively won the second prize of the Provincial Excellent Journalism Award and the second prize of the Yuncheng Excellent Journalism Award.
While achieving results, I think it is more important to demonstrate the great achievements of our city's reform and development through my own interviews, improve our city's external visibility, and also allow many people to learn from it. Benefits, these are the affirmations for your work. While seeing the results, I also saw that I still had some shortcomings in my work.
Manifested in: The overall quality is not comprehensive yet. Appearing on the scene is one of my weaknesses and shortcomings. At the same time, I need to improve on shooting and writing; in addition, I am not very proactive in work and I am used to being sent out. The working method of news lacks subjective initiative in finding news; thirdly, the reporting method is relatively simple and has certain limitations, and requires continuous innovation and improvement. In short, the achievements only belong to the past, and the road to future work is still long. As the ancients said, "The road is long and long, and I will search for it from top to bottom." I will also work harder to study and improve myself so that I can be qualified for the noble profession of a journalist and make more contributions to our station's news work. Great contribution.
Summary of work as a reporter 5
By the end of 20_, I had been working for a year, especially last year when I became a staff member of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The official name made me deeply feel the pressure and hardship, glory and responsibility of work. In the past six months, I have tasted the ups and downs of being a college student, and at the same time I have a more comprehensive understanding of my strengths and weaknesses. This is a process full of challenges, opportunities, frustrations, and satisfaction. Through it, I realized:
1. Only with a solid foundation and a broad vision can we obtain a good news angle< /p>
In my daily work this year, I conducted a detailed analysis of the economic columns of major media in the city, and figured out the positioning of the bank I ran. At the same time, I also realized: I must study hard, Try to look at the news from a professional’s perspective. Only through accumulation can you gain success. I took advantage of professional courses in my spare time, read a large number of professional newspapers at the same time, observed excellent and unique perspectives and news entry points, and carefully read the news reports of colleagues from the Ministry of Economic Affairs. After a period of observation, I realized that a good economy must have the ability to draw inferences from one instance and draw parallels from another; it must have sufficient knowledge reserves.
In order to achieve this goal as soon as possible, I have done a lot of work. First, I insist on watching the economic programs of CCTV and Tianjin TV to learn about basic financial knowledge and key hot economic issues. Second, I try to be a thoughtful person and pay attention to the valuable things people around me talk about on various topics, just in case I need it. I remember that at the beginning of last year, as a new employee, it was extremely difficult to collect news about banks in the early days of my work. Through reading and observation, I found some distinctive news points and completed some financial management manuscripts at the beginning of 20_.
2. Only by focusing on accumulation and learning from others' strengths can you accumulate your own energy
I deeply realize that the most valuable and important quality of journalism is sensitivity. News requires physical strength, intelligence, and reaction speed. There are three foundations for reaction speed: first, a solid foundation, second, rich experience, and third, correct and scientific methods. As a newcomer who has not been in the industry for a long time, I focus on methods: every time I choose a topic, I ask myself to choose the right entry point in the shortest possible time. For more familiar fields, I learn more and ask more questions, and I ask more questions about relevant topics. I consult experienced colleagues for advice and make decisions carefully; for relatively unfamiliar areas, I use the method of online inquiry to understand the background information in the shortest time and quickly clear the obstacles. The "Series of Economic Impacts of British Terrorist Explosions" published continuously on July 8 and 9, 20_ is a set of manuscripts with rich content, detailed information and a certain depth of press releases. It was written on this basis and won the newspaper's approval. Good manuscript award.
3. Only by enduring hardship and perseverance can we make progress
Financial news is extremely professional. In the past month or so, I have interviewed the presidents of various banks in this city. Through interviews and writing articles, I have come to understand more and more the truth: only by working hard, turning pressure into motivation, and persevering can we improve our own skills, hone our willpower and abilities, and hard work and perseverance will definitely yield rewards. Interview Some of the object's advantages are also nutrients for increasing one's own energy.
After completing each report over the past year, I have had a lot of thoughts and summaries. The above are some of my deepest feelings. I feel that I have indeed solved some problems that I have been confused about during my work this year, but at the same time, the new working status has brought me new confusions and problems. I still face many urgent problems that need to be solved again. question.
I think that in next year’s work, in addition to continuing to make patient and solid accumulation in several of my reporting areas, how can I make some of the resources I have reserved reflect the advantages and the greatest value in my reporting? One question in particular needs an answer.
