2. Submit the application

According to the protection plan determined through discussion with the customer, after strictly reviewing all the information, we will prepare trademark registration application documents for the customer and follow them as quickly as possible. Submit relevant application documents as required by the country in question.

3. Formal review

After receiving the trademark registration application, the Japan Economic Bureau will conduct a formal review of the application documents, etc. If the application is in compliance with the regulations, the application date and application number will be awarded. We will pay close attention to the progress of the trademark registration application and provide timely feedback to customers. In the event of corrections, revisions, etc., we will provide customers with countermeasures and suggestions based on local legal regulations and practical experience.

4. Substantive examination

5. Publication of announcements

Trademark applications that meet the requirements after substantive examination will be published in an announcement, and anyone can raise objections within the 3-month announcement period. We will pay close attention to whether there are any objections filed by others during the announcement period. Once we receive the objection notice, we will analyze and organize it in a timely manner, propose the best response plan, make a written report to the customer, and organize materials according to the customer's entrustment to respond to the objection.

6. Issuance of registration certificate

Trademark applications that have not been opposed by others after expiration of the announcement period, or trademark applications that have been ruled to be registered after opposition will be approved for registration and obtain the trademark Registration certificate. The trademark registration certificate will be forwarded to the customer immediately upon receipt.
