Tianjin Tanggu Watts Valve Co., Ltd. (TWT) is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by the original Tianjin Tanggu Valve Factory and the American Watts Industrial Group. A 30-year joint venture was signed in July 1994. The contract was formally established in August 1994. It is the first joint venture among the 29 members of the WATTS multinational group, with a registered capital of US$14.14 million, a total investment of US$26.42 million, and a registered trademark of TWT.

TWT’s main products are divided into four categories: butterfly valves, gate valves, check valves, and HALE valves. The nominal diameters range from DN50 to DN3000, and the nominal pressures range from 0.05 to 4.0MPa. They can be widely used in water supply and drainage, power generation, Pipelines in petroleum, chemical industry, heating, shipping, brewing, metallurgy, mining and other systems are used as interception and regulating equipment.
