The glyphs, pronunciations and meanings of the words of two trademarks, or the composition and color of the graphics, or the overall structure of the words and graphics are similar, which may easily cause consumers to confuse the source of the goods or services. If two identical or similar trademarks specify goods or services that do not belong to the same or similar group, it is still possible, but the earlier trademark cannot be a well-known trademark. The Trademark Office stipulates that similar trademarks cannot be transferred separately, and a similar trademark must be transferred or canceled together.
