Step one: Identify the major categories

1. If the unit sells certain commodities or goods, please select (goods) in the first major category.

2. If the unit provides labor services (processing, repair, repair, and other non-business tax-to-VAT reform enterprises), please select (labor services) in the second category.

3. If the unit is selling services (business tax-to-VAT reform), please select (sales services) in the third category.

4. If the unit sells intangible assets (patents, trademarks, etc.), please select (intangible assets) in the fourth category.

5. If the unit is an enterprise that sells real estate, please select (real estate) in the fifth category.

6. If the unit has non-taxable items that have not yet been sold, please select the sixth category.

Step 2: Identify the sub-categories within the major categories:

Tax classification codes can be added by adding tax classification codes for goods and services in the invoicing system. Found and added correctly.

1. Find the invoicing software on the desktop and click to open it.

2. Find the product code in the opened interface. and click.

3. In the options that open, select the goods and services tax classification code and click to enter.

4. In the opened interface, find the query conditions.

5. Enter the name of the product to be added in the name box, such as pencil, and click Query.

6. In the searched tax classification code, find the category to which the pencil belongs.

7. Select the category to which the pencil belongs, find Add in the upper right corner, and click it.

8. In this way, you will find the product code of the pencil, fill in the relevant information in this interface and click OK.

9. In this way, you can find the tax classification code of the pencil and add it correctly. You can use it directly when issuing invoices.
