Can Yanjiao homestead buildings be bought?
The bungalow in Yanjiao belongs to rural housing, which stipulates that this kind of housing and its homestead belong to the collective nature, and only the agricultural household registration personnel in the village are eligible to enjoy it, without the need for outsiders to handle the transfer procedures.

Both parties need to go to the village Committee to handle the transfer procedures of houses and homesteads. After accepting the application, the village committee will publicize it in the whole village.
