Niupitang Village Committee is located in the north of East Cheng Zhen, bordering Tangsheng Town, and provincial highway S367 winds through it. The population of the village is 1 0,299 households, and it governs 7 natural villages with a total area of 3,500 mu and cultivated land area of 2 1.03 mu.
Niupitang Village Committee actively responded to the call of the town committee and town government, vigorously grasped the development of characteristic agriculture, and encouraged farmers to plant Hongjiang orange on a large scale. Under the unified deployment of the town committee and town government, it launched the Hongjiang orange brand of characteristic agriculture and won the "Top Ten Excellent Agricultural Products in Jiangmen City" and the "Jinjiang" orange trademark in Guangdong Province. Niupitang village took the initiative, seized the opportunity, continuously expanded the planting scope, formed a 500-mu Hongjiang orange planting base, and improved the income level of villagers. In 2008, the collective economic income of the whole village was 20 1.30 yuan, and the per capita net income was 2,300 yuan, which greatly increased the income of farmers.

On September 24th, 20 19, Niupitang Village was included in the list of "Demonstration Villages (Communities) of Democracy and Rule of Law" in Guangdong Province in 20 18.
Near Niupitang Village are the former site of Niupitang Peasant Association, Quanlin Holiday Park, Juren Village in Ma Xie, Aofeng Park, Jinjiang Hot Spring and other tourist attractions. There are special products such as Enping cuisine, Enping cuisine tea, Enping potatoes, beef, pigs and geese, and fish porridge.
