The Trademark Law of 20 1 4, which came into effect in May of1year, stipulates that the word "well-known trademark" shall not be used in commodities, commodity packaging or containers or advertising activities, and there is no provision on well-known trademarks. At present, the relevant departments have no new regulations prohibiting the use of the above-mentioned famous trademarks. Personally, it can still be used at present, which is different from the provisions of well-known trademarks.
