The objects of legal relationships include three categories: things, non-material wealth and behavioral results. Objects refer to material wealth, including natural objects, such as forests and rivers, and man-made objects, such as houses and cars. Non-material wealth refers to the intellectual achievements of mental work and other non-property wealth that is also related to the human body, such as literary and artistic works, trademarks, portraits and reputations of citizens; behavioral results, that is, the results of behavior, or what is created by behavior status, such as various services. The object of legal relations is objective. It is a variety of phenomena in the objective material world and spiritual world that are independent of human consciousness and can be perceived by human will and controlled by human behavior. These phenomena are both people’s understanding and transformation. Nature and the basic conditions for engaging in social activities are also the basic results for people to understand and transform society, and are closely related to people's survival and development. The objects of legal relations are various phenomena in the objective material world and the spiritual world that are confirmed and protected by the country's legal norms. Without legal confirmation, they cannot become the objects of legal relations. The object of legal relationship is useful, that is, it can satisfy the subject's material interests and spiritual needs. In this sense, the object of legal relations is all kinds of material and non-material wealth that can satisfy the interests of the right holder.

Article 2 Civil Law regulates the relationship between natural persons, legal entities and unincorporated organizations as equal subjects personal and property relations.
Article 143 A civil legal act is valid if it meets the following conditions:
(1) The actor has the corresponding capacity for civil conduct;
( 2) The expression of intention is true;
(3) It does not violate the mandatory provisions of laws and administrative regulations, and does not violate public order and good customs.
