1. Trademark protection: the trademark of the original main machine factory belongs to its unique brand assets, and the OEM has not been authorized to use the trademark. Unauthorized use of other people's trademarks may involve trademark infringement and may lead to legal disputes.
2. Image difference: OEM may be different from original OEM in product quality, design style and market positioning. Sticking the trademark of the original OEM may mislead consumers, resulting in consumers' expectations of products inconsistent with the actual situation.
3. Contract agreement: The contract between the OEM and the original OEM usually clearly stipulates whether the trademark of the original OEM can be affixed. If there is no clear stipulation in the contract, the OEM shall abide by the trademark law and relevant laws and regulations, and shall not affix other people's trademarks without authorization.
