Not long ago, Sichuan Mustang sued Ford Mustang for infringement. Now, the case is finally settled, and Ford China issued an apology statement in official website, claiming that it had brought bad influence to Sichuan Wild Horse. In response to Ford China's statement and apology about trademark infringement of Mustang, Sichuan Mustang Automobile made a sound response at noon on July 9, 20 18, saying that "we shake hands and make peace" and thanked Ford for its respect for Mustang Automobile. Our company entered into force for Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd. in Chengdu Intermediate People's Court of Sichuan Province (20 16). The civil judgment of Sichuan 0 1 early 15 found that our company's use of "Wild Horse" in some advertisements infringed the exclusive right to use registered trademarks of Sichuan Wild Horse Automobile Co., Ltd., which brought adverse effects to Sichuan Wild Horse Automobile Co., Ltd., and is now declared to eliminate the effects.
