In other words, Jaguar brand and Land Rover brand, which we are all familiar with, now belong to India's Tata consortium.

Tata is an Indian consortium, the oldest consortium in India and the most powerful consortium in India today. Tata Motors Limited, a subsidiary of Tata Group, is an Indian automobile manufacturer.
