1. The manufacturer needs to provide: legal person business license, legal person organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, trademark registration certificate, product qualification certificate (inspection report of quality inspection department at or above the provincial level), quality certification system and environmental protection certificate.

2. Agents need to provide: the business license of the product manufacturer as a legal person, the organization code certificate of the legal person, the tax registration certificate, the power of attorney (original) of the agent (or distributor), the trademark registration certificate, the product conformity certificate (the inspection report of the quality inspection department at or above the provincial level), the quality certification system, the green environmental protection certificate and a copy of my valid ID card.
