If a registered trademark can be registered, and the obligee fails to take the initiative to apply for renewal at the expiration of the period, the Trademark Office will make a decision to declare the registered trademark invalid. At this point, the obligee may apply for trademark reexamination to take it back. One year after the trademark is declared invalid, you may apply for registration of the same or similar trademark again. However, please pay attention to the submission time of trademark registration application. All applications filed within one year will not be approved by the Trademark Office. According to relevant regulations, the validity period of a registered trademark is 10 year. If it is necessary to continue to use it after the expiration of the validity period, it shall apply for renewal of registration within 6 months before the expiration; Failing to apply within this time limit, a grace period of 6 months may be granted. If no application is made at the expiration of the exhibition period, its registered trademark shall be cancelled. The validity period of each renewal registration is 10 year.
