How to apply for trademark review

Hello, landlord!

That is not called review, we usually call it rejection review.

If a trademark applicant is rejected after preliminary examination by the Trademark Office and is dissatisfied with the reasons for rejection and applies for review, the applicant shall apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for review within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the rejection notice.

Since there is a time limit, expiration is regarded as giving up your rights. If you have objections to the reasons for rejection, it is recommended to do this as soon as possible.

Changes can only change the applicant's address and name, etc., but do not include product items, so similar products cannot be canceled unless it is a partial rejection notice.

I hope my answer can solve your problem and be helpful to you. I wish you happiness every day!
