Zhejiang Agricultural Technology Promotion Center (hereinafter referred to as the trademark registrant) is the registrant of Longjing tea certification trademark and enjoys the exclusive right to the certification trademark of Longjing tea. Article 3 The management and protection of Longjing tea certification trademarks shall be based on the working mechanism of unified leadership and coordination in the province, specific management in the county and division of responsibilities among departments. Zhejiang Longjing Tea Certification Trademark Management and Protection Committee is the deliberation and coordination body responsible for organizing and coordinating the use, management and protection of Longjing tea certification trademarks in the whole province. Longjing tea producing counties (cities, districts) should establish corresponding institutions to organize and coordinate the use, management and protection of Longjing tea certification trademarks within their respective administrative areas. Longjing tea certification trademark is managed by the county as the main body. Longjing tea producing counties (cities, districts) are responsible for the management of certification trademarks of Longjing tea within their respective administrative areas, including accepting applications for the use of certification trademarks, preliminary examination of materials, on-site verification, reporting of materials, quality supervision of Longjing tea planting, processing and circulation, supervision and counterfeiting of trademark use and printing, etc. The provincial level is mainly responsible for the formulation of management systems and technical specifications, external rights protection, supervision and inspection, and final approval management. Article 4 An application for using Longjing tea as a certification trademark shall be examined and approved by the trademark registrant in accordance with the provisions of these Detailed Rules. Chapter II Conditions for the Use of Longjing Tea Certification Trademarks Article 5 The geographical scope of the products using Longjing tea certification trademarks is the following counties (cities, districts): Xihu District (West Lake Scenic Area), Xiaoshan District, Binjiang District, Yuhang District, Fuyang City, Lin 'an City, Tonglu County, jiande city City, Chun 'an County, Keqiao District, Xinchang County, Shengzhou City, Zhuji City, Shangyu District and Yue City. Article 6 Products using Longjing Tea as a certification trademark shall be produced and processed according to GB/T 1865 "Longjing Tea as a Geographical Indication Product". Article 7 The quality of products using Longjing tea to prove trademarks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 1865 Longjing Tea as a Geographical Indication Product. Article 8 The producers and operators of Longjing tea products (including enterprises, farmers' professional cooperatives, family farms, etc.) who meet the requirements of Articles 5, 6 and 7 of these Detailed Rules may apply for using the certification trademark of Longjing tea. Article 9 The user of Longjing tea certification trademark whose trademark license has been cancelled by the trademark registrant for some reason must go through a rectification period of more than half a year and meet the conditions stipulated in Articles 5, 6 and 7 of these Detailed Rules before re-applying for the use of Longjing tea certification trademark, but the number of applications for the same product of the same applicant shall not exceed two times in one year. Chapter III Application Procedures for the Use of Longjing Tea Certification Trademarks Article 1 The application and examination of Longjing Tea Certification Trademarks shall be carried out in a graded responsibility system. County (city, district) tea administrative department is the working organization of Longjing tea certification trademark in the county (city, district) (hereinafter referred to as "county-level Longjing tea working organization"), which is responsible for accepting the application for the use of Longjing tea certification trademark, preliminary examination of materials, on-site verification, file preservation, and being responsible for the authenticity of materials; Trademark registrants are responsible for examination and approval. Eleventh users who apply for the use of Longjing tea certification trademark shall submit the Application Form for the Use of Longjing Tea Certification Trademark and its attachments, samples and test reports of the products applied for, etc. to the local county-level Longjing tea working institution. For the applicant whose registered place is outside the Longjing tea production area, it shall be implemented in accordance with the Special Provisions on the Application for the Use of Longjing Tea Certification Trademark by Sub-packaging and Entrusting Processing Enterprises.
