Step 1: Submit an application for EU trademark registration
There are two types of applications for EU trademark registration: online applications and paper applications. Step 2: EU trademark review

Step 3: Disclose the EU trademark application and trademark announcement objection
If the EU Intellectual Property Office finds that there are no problems when reviewing the applicant’s EU trademark application, the applicant’s EU Trademark registration applications will be published in the EU Trademark Gazette. Anyone can file a trademark objection to the trademark registration application within 1-3 months after the application is published.
Step 4: EU Trademark Registration and Disclosure
If no one raises a trademark objection or opinion within the 1-3 month announcement opposition period, the EU Intellectual Property Office will The applicant submits an EU trademark registration application for trademark registration, publishes the registered trademark in the EU Trademark Gazette, and issues an electronic registration certificate to the applicant.
