1. Prepare trademark license filing materials, licensor's and licensee's subject qualification certificates, trademark license contract filing application, power of attorney, trademark registration certificate and trademark license contract signature.

2. Submit an application to the Trademark Office. Then it will be reviewed by the Trademark Office. After the examination and approval, the Trademark License Contract Filing Notice will be issued.

3. Legal basis: Article 43, paragraph 3, of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China shall file a trademark license contract with the Trademark Office within the statutory time limit. The Trademark Office published a notice on the filing of trademark licensing contracts in the Trademark Announcement.
