To apply for the flagship store of Tmall platform, you need to provide enterprise qualification, brand qualification and industry qualification, and merchants need to meet all qualification requirements at the same time.
Enterprise qualification:
1, a copy of the business license of the enterprise (ensure that it is not in the business exception list and the goods sold are within the business scope);
2. General taxpayer qualification (general taxpayer qualification is required);
3. A copy of the organization code certificate;
4. A copy of the bank account opening license;
5 copies of the legal representative's ID card;
6. Copy of the front and back of the contact ID card;
All qualifications must be stamped with the official seal (fresh seal), and the required industry qualifications should be provided according to different categories.
Brand qualification:
If it is a flagship store directly opened by the trademark holder, it is only necessary to provide the trademark registration certificate or the Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration Application issued by the State Trademark Office.
If it has been changed, transferred or renewed, please provide the certificate of change, transfer, renewal or acceptance notice issued by the General Administration of Trademarks.
If it is a flagship store opened by an agent brand, an exclusive authorization is needed.
Industry qualification:
Different categories have different requirements for industry qualifications. Inspection reports are generally required. If imported products need to submit customs declaration forms, merchants are particularly required to check according to their own categories.
