4. The staff of the trademark registration hall will review the application documents first. If the application procedures are incomplete and the application documents are not filled in as required, the application documents will be returned on the spot; If it basically meets the requirements, it shall receive the application documents. After that, the Trademark Office will further examine the application documents.
5. The Trademark Office will issue a notice of payment to those who pass the further examination, and the applicant will accept the payment and issue a Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration Application. After further examination, it basically meets the requirements, but it needs to be corrected, and the Trademark Office shall notify the applicant to make corrections. The applicant shall, within 3 days from the date of receiving the notice, make corrections according to the specified contents and return them to the Trademark Office. If it is corrected and returned within the prescribed time limit, the date of application shall be retained; If it is not corrected at the expiration of the time limit or if it is not corrected as required, the Trademark Office will not accept it.
6. Fill in the printed Application for Trademark Registration in accordance with the regulations, and sign it by the applicant, trademark pattern, copy of business license of individual industrial and commercial households and copy of identification documents.
7. The trademark applied for registration shall have distinctive features and be easy to identify, and shall not conflict with the legal rights previously obtained by others. Where a trademark applied for registration does not conform to the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law or is identical with or similar to a trademark that has been registered or preliminarily approved by others on the same or similar goods, the Trademark Office shall reject the application and will not make an announcement.
