According to the exposed illustrations, the overall style of Nissan’s new LOGO has not changed much. It adopts the currently popular flat design and replaces the previous three-dimensional chrome-plated three-dimensional style with more concise two-dimensional flat lines. The edges on both sides of "NISSAN" are designed as openings, making it visually more simple and modern.

Going back to the origins, Nissan’s new LOGO had already made its debut through the Ariya concept car at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show. Judging from the picture, the car logo on the front grille is almost the same as the registered model.

In addition, Nissan’s Z series sports cars also plan to get new logos. According to the pictures exposed by overseas media, the Z series LOGO still uses the letter "Z" as the main body, but the font is more retro. A slash is added in the middle of the serif font "Z", which is very similar to the original 1971 240Z car logo.

Obviously, the replacement of the new brand LOGO places Nissan’s expectations on re-establishing its market image and reviving brand confidence. Previously, many automobile giants, including BMW and Volkswagen, released new logos to better meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by brand digitalization. It is reported that Nissan's new LOGO has been registered in the United Kingdom, Peru, Uruguay, Chile and Argentina, and is expected to be officially announced in April this year.
