The contents of the trademark evaluation report include the name of the trademark evaluation institution, the name of the client, the name of the evaluated trademark, the evaluation purpose, the evaluation method and the evaluation conclusion. , and signed by the appraiser and legal representative, stamped with the seal of the trademark appraisal institution.

The trademark evaluation institution shall, within 1 month after each trademark evaluation, submit the trademark evaluation report in the prescribed format to the provincial administration for industry and commerce where the client is located for the record.
