How long is the review period for trademark rejection?

According to Article 34 of the Trademark Law, the trademark reexamination shall apply to the China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office for trademark reexamination within 15 natural days after receiving the notice of rejection or partial rejection.

After receiving the notice of trademark rejection or partial rejection, the agency may file an application for reexamination of trademark rejection within 30 natural days according to the actual acceptance time of the trademark office. Where a trademark reexamination is required, an application for reexamination shall be filed within the reexamination period. Please reserve 3~5 working days within the time limit to prepare the reasons for rejecting the application for review and submit the application.
