2. Trademark Oath

3. Trademark Renewal

Like China, trademark renewal in the United States is renewed every 10 years. The validity period after renewal is 10 years (trademarks before November 17, 1989 Both registration and renewal registration are valid for 20 years). The time to submit renewal is from half a year before the expiration of registration to 3 months after the expiration of registration. If the renewal is submitted within the 3-month extension period after the expiration of registration, a penalty will be paid.
