Yang Da Yogurt is produced by Yangzhou University, and Yang Da Dairy is a university science and technology industry formed by Gaoyou Yangzhou University Experimental Farm relying on the advantages of university science and technology and taking the road of combining Industry-University-Research. With the experimental farm coming from 1952, Yang Da dairy industry has been growing and becoming the largest dairy producer in Yangzhou. Now it has registered trademarks such as "Sunong", "Yangnong" and "Yang Da".

With the urban construction of Yangzhou and the development of Yangzhou University, with the care and support of the school, it has invested more than 40 million yuan to purchase 340 mu of land in Qilidian, Yangzhou, and built a new experimental farm. At the same time, it has built a modern experimental field for dairy cattle breeding with a scale of 1,000, and implemented mechanized feeding with mixed whole diet, pipeline milking machine and automatic milking in Apollo milking hall. The dairy farm adopts self-developed software for microcomputer management.

Dairy farm has not only become an important teaching practice and scientific research base for teachers and students in Yang Da University, but also the yield and quality of adult dairy cows are among the best in the province.
