In July 1996, Tao Huabi borrowed two houses in Yunguan Village Committee, Nanming District, recruited 40 workers, and set up a food processing factory, specializing in the production of spicy sauce, named Laoganma Mala. Sauce.

In August 1997, Guiyang Nanming Laoganma Flavor Food Co., Ltd. was officially established, and the number of workers suddenly expanded to more than 200.

By the end of 2000, it had rapidly grown to more than 1,200 people, with an output value of nearly 300 million yuan and a national tax of 43.15 million yuan.

In May 2003, Laoganma obtained the registration certificate from the National Trademark Office.

In 2007, Tao Huabi Laoganma and her pictures won the well-known trademark.

In 2011, the value-added tax was 108.56 million yuan, breaking through the 100 million yuan mark for the first time, an increase of 13.5% over the same period in 2010.

In 2014, Laoganma was selected into the list of China’s Top 500 Most Valuable Brands in 2014, ranking 151st with a brand value of 16.059 billion yuan.
