Matters that are confirmation of civil rights, normal business of administrative agencies or supervision and management matters are not included in the examination and approval matters. If there are any provisions of laws and regulations, those provisions shall prevail. 3. From the date of the announcement of this decision, if the canceled projects continue to be implemented or arbitrary charges are taken advantage of the approval, the municipal government will hold the main person in charge and the person responsible for the department accountable. 4.
