Methods for judging whether tires are good or bad:
1, observe whether there is a pattern. From the grain point of view, due to the irregular processing of inferior retreaded tires and shallow grooves, retreaded tires usually make the tire color particularly bright, while regular new tires with good quality do not;
2. Pay attention to the tire identification. Generally, the sign of retreaded tires is re-affixed. Scraping these signs with nails can deduct poor quality tires that will be refurbished;
3, or a small triangle logo will be printed on the outside of the tire. Generally, reaching this mark means that the tires are seriously worn and should be scrapped. The logo of poor quality or refurbished inferior tires is posted by the workshop itself and can be removed by hand!
At this point, I have to say something to pay attention to when buying tires:
1, to be purchased through regular channels. Buying tires must go through formal channels, and it is best to go to large auto parts stores or brand tire stores. If it is online shopping, it is best to choose a bigger flagship store or official direct store.
2. Check the anti-counterfeiting mark. When buying, you should carefully check whether the packaging is complete, because the brand tires produced by regular manufacturers will be marked with tire model, performance and other information when they leave the factory, and there is no difference between tread and sidewall. At the same time, you should also carefully check whether there are bubbles and tumors on the tire surface, whether the tire surface and inner wall are deformed or scratched by sharp objects, whether there are delamination phenomena in various parts of the tire, whether there are heavy skins or cracks on the sidewall, and whether the patterns are misplaced. Finally, check the production date of the tire, check the anti-counterfeiting label, and avoid buying fake tires yourself.
Generally, genuine new tires will have anti-counterfeiting marks, which will be affixed to the tire's trademark. And now there are many anti-counterfeiting means. In addition to the number of scratches, there are watermarks and barcodes on the trademark, which can be used as a method for us to identify the authenticity of tires.
